Scope and business operator

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases through velmoriya.com. Velmoriya™ is owned and operated by Shanghai Chishu Internet of Things Co., Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies applicable to that purchase, to the extent permitted by law.

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, or permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

Products and descriptions

We offer candleholders, flameless lighting, decorative trays, and related home accents. Product listings describe the relevant materials, measurements, included items, and intended use. Candles, batteries, and styling accessories are included only when expressly stated.

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors may appear different across screens, and minor variations in surface finish may occur. This does not excuse supplying an item that is defective or materially different from its description.

Prices, checkout, and payment

Review the selected items, quantities, checkout currency, shipping address, applicable charges, and final total before paying. Payments must be made through the options offered at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own fees.

We may correct errors in pricing or availability. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact you about the available options rather than charge an increased price without your agreement.

Order review and cancellations

An order confirmation records receipt of your order and does not guarantee availability or shipment. Orders may be reviewed for payment, inventory, and fraud concerns. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any captured payment for the canceled items.

To request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly. Requests depend on the processing stage and cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day return request window, eligibility, return instructions, costs, and refund handling. These policies form part of the information applicable to your purchase.

Delivery estimates do not remove any rights to receive delay notices, cancel, or obtain a refund under applicable law.

Product use and safety

Use each item only for its intended purpose and follow the product-specific care and safety instructions. Choose the specified candle size. Use suitable holders on stable, level, heat-resistant surfaces; keep burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials, and never leave them unattended.

Decorative trays are display accessories and must not be assumed to be flameproof or food-safe unless expressly described that way. Flameless LED products must not be lit with a flame. Stop using damaged glass, ceramic, or electrical products.

Intellectual property

Website text, images, logos, designs, and other brand content belong to Velmoriya™, its operator, or their licensors. You may browse the site and use it for personal shopping. Reproduction or commercial use beyond what applicable law allows requires permission.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or restricts mandatory consumer remedies for defective, unsafe, or misdescribed goods.

Changes, questions, and disputes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
