Available payment methods

Velmoriya™ accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Availability can depend on your location, selected currency, device, and payment provider. The checkout screen is the current source for the methods available to your order.

Pricing and order totals

Product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any eligible discounts are shown before you submit your order. Review the checkout currency and final total carefully. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees.

Secure payment processing

Our store is powered by Shopify. Payment information is submitted through the checkout and processed by the applicable payment provider using encrypted connections. Velmoriya™ does not directly store your complete payment card number or card security code.

Security measures help protect information, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Authorization and order verification

A payment provider may decline or delay a transaction for security, account, or billing reasons. Check your billing details and contact your provider if a payment fails. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same payment without checking its status.

An order may require additional verification to help prevent fraud. We will not ask you to email your full card number, card security code, account password, or one-time bank authentication code.

Cancellations and refunds

If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, any amount due back will be refunded to the original payment method. Returns and refund eligibility are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. The time for a refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
